Wednesday, September 17, 2008 is Arden Cahill Academy’s annual Skit night. Each year the children running for the Student Council Officers host a skit night at their home or an alternate location. All 1st through 8th grade students are invited to attend a skit night of their choice. Students are encouraged to pick one location and participate in this fun, school spirit building evening. There has been no homework assigned this evening so children can feel free to participate without getting behind on their school work. Extra credit is given in 3rd through 8th grade speech class for any student who participates in the skit, for it is a performance based activity. I encourage all children to take advantage of this wonderful opening school activity. Get involved!
